The Imac's have arrived.
and yes, they are great. no tower no fuss, just a monitor and a keyboard (well, and mouse)Each one of us have an Imac to use with pro tools included on every machine with an M-box connected via usb.
So far we have learned how to set up a mono track and record through microphone on a line in.
We were also shown how to edit the track to shorten, cut or delete parts of a recording .
Getting used to the whole Mac setup is proving that little bit awkward in comparison to years of technological conditioning thanks to the PC windows setup.
it'll get better in time!
